If you have little to no experience in AcroYoga, this place is for you to start! We will build from the ground up, developing strong foundations and precise techniques while keeping it FUN!
If you already have experience with AcroYoga and you want to take your practice to the next level, here you will find the challenge you are looking for! We will meet at your level and provide just enough challenge to make you sweat while helping you refine your technique.
This training will blend the awareness of yoga, the dynamic power of acrobatics and the receptivity of Thai massage. We will blend many techniques to create the perfect blend to stimulate your body and mind.

Comfortable training clothes and a yoga mat. We practice in groups of three, and you are welcome to come alone or with a friend

Caro and Fabio have been known for their energy; some even said it might be infinite! Together they make a small power plant that generates a warm, welcoming feeling for their students and lots of laughter. They create a safe learning environment and share many technical drills to produce measurable improvements in students' techniques.
They're not easy to catch, and at times you might even think they have their head in the sky. Still, somehow the planets aligned, and you will get a chance to train with them in this eight weeks course - don't miss this opportunity!
In their individual journey, they have been teaching for several years at festivals and retreats in Asia, the USA, and Europe. They held weekly classes and intensive workshops in Sweden and abroad.
