AcroYoga är en träningsform som är en blandning av yoga, akrobatik och thaimassage. Specifikt för AcroYoga är att övningarna genomförs två och två eller i grupp, och ger därmed mycket kroppskontakt och många skratt. Många av övningarna utgår från att en person ligger på golvet med benen uppåt, medan partnern bärs upp på fötterna och utövar diverse akrobatiska/yoga poser.
