Acro House Selva offers shared dry toilets and both indoor and outdoor showers, along with a swimming pool and welcoming communal spaces to relax and connect.
Our outdoor acro training area is fully equipped with tatamis, two harness systems, and safety mattresses—everything you need for focused, high-quality practice.
The house is set on a beautiful finca on the slopes of the Serra de Tramuntana, just 30 minutes from the sea. It’s a perfect spot for nature lovers, with excellent trekking and climbing routes nearby. We’re also close to the charming village of Selva, where you’ll find small supermarkets, a bakery, restaurants, and a cozy café.

PREREQUISITES 🧗
This is an intermediate-level training. We aim to build a solid, supportive group for a deep dive into both practice and teaching. You should have:
6–12 months consistent AcroYoga practice
Able to base or fly bird, throne, star, side star, back plank
Experience with flows like Ninja Star, Barrel Roll, or Big Lemoi
30-second wall handstand
Bonus if you have a background in yoga, dance, or movement arts

GABI BERGBACK (Sweden)
Gabi Acro is the co-founder of AcroYoga Stockholm and The Acro Way Teacher Training. With over 17 years of experience building and inspiring acro communities worldwide, her journey began at circus school in 2008 🎪 where she discovered that AcroYoga is a way of life.
Her teaching is rooted in playful relationships built on trust and kindness 🤝, blending strong technique with joy and curiosity. Guided by the belief that safety is the foundation for growth and fun, Gabi shares acro in beautiful locations around the world.
JACOB BROWN (USA)
A lifelong acrobat, coach, and movement pioneer, Jacob is known for his creativity, precision, and contagious energy. A former gymnastics instructor with over a decade of international experience, his motto — “See it. Do it. Teach it.” — reflects his belief that true mastery comes through sharing what you love.
Together, Gabi and Jacob founded The Acro Way Teacher Training, a transformational program now in its fifth successful edition, attracting students from all over the world — even from places they’ve never yet taught, like Shanghai. Their mission is to offer acro as a way of life: to teach how to coach effectively, safely, and with heart.
Their trainings are held in stunning locations in Sweden and Mallorca, where advanced acrobatics meet grounded teaching, and where community, connection, and play take center stage.
