Teacher: Gabi & Tobias - cofounders of AcroYoga Stockholm with 15 years of co-teaching experience together as a duo. Join us for a lot of laughs, fun & playfulness!

From this course you will get
personal coaching learning awesome acrobatic techniques
AcroYoga transitions -> inquire to learn pops, flows, spinning washing machines & standing acro!

You don’t need to join with a training partner! You will be training with other students together in a group of 3 ppl; base, flyer and spotter.

We use each other as tools and train not only strength, balance and presence but also trust in other people.

No pre-reqs. No experience needed, but if you have some, feel free to join and we will meet at your level!
