What to Expect:
Manas is an internationally traveling AcroYoga teacher known for his creative flow transitions. He brings a fresh perspective and the latest techniques from around the world.
Gabi has been teaching in Stockholm since 2009 and is a beloved community leader with a passion for spinny machines and Icarian pops. She creates a space full of laughter, connection, and fun.

Together, they'll lead you through a mix of smooth transitions, fun challenges, and shared joy. No partner or experience needed – we’ll train in groups of three (base, flyer, spotter), so everyone is welcome.
