Ammanda & Paulo are some of my favorite teachers because of their amazing skill transmission and joyful teachings!
Amazing workshops layered for each student to progress and have so much fun!
They have super great eye’s for helping their students to pinpoint exactly what they need to embody to learn a new trick.
We will learn amazing progressions in how to be amazing ninja spotters. As spotters we learn a lot of depth about a trick and improve our flying and basing skills as well!!
The workshop will be intermediate/advanced level so solid basics are required
Ammanda & Paulo are both experienced and enthusiastic teachers, certified by acroyoga international, with much to offer, ranging from hands-free washing machines to Icarian games and standing acro.
They have prepared a special workshop for us Stockholm AcroYogis and are eager to come here and share it with us! They are teaching whips & Icarian games!

This workshop is designed for 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝘀.
We recommend you to join us if you feel comfortable with the following prereqs:
• Focus on fun & ninja spotting
• general acro washing machines similar to ninja star
• experience with pops
The material will be adapted to the level of each student, sharing fun, exciting and challenging tricks at all levels.

What are Icarian games?
It’s when the flyer detaches completely from the base's feet and hands. Soars through the air and lands softly. Yet to take off again and prepare for the next flight through the air! The Icarian games offer the flyer a chance to change shape in the air in a fun and exciting way!
𝗔𝗕𝗢𝗨𝗧 𝗨𝗦
We are Paulo and Ammanda, together: Sunshine Acro. Ammanda was born in Denmark but has lived the past 9 years in London before coming to Bruxelles in 2020. Paulo is originally from Portugal and has lived in Bruxelles for the past 4 years.
Between us, we have 13 years of Acroyoga experience and are both qualified Acroyoga International teachers.
We love sharing our passion for Acroyoga through playfulness, trust and fun, and in a way that everyone feels safe and included. We love to teach a mix between technique and fun flows and transitions. We have a big passion for everything Icarian as well as no hands flows, balances and no hands Icarian.
They call us a perfect mix of mas peligroso and absolute calm and we find that very fitting.

Studiefrämjandet is collaborating with AcroYoga Stockholm creating a full weekend with International teachers sharing the art of AcroYoga

In case of cancellation, we will refund 70% of the workshop price for all cancellations until October 1st 2022. After this date, we won’t be able to refund any percentage of the price.
Though, if you are not able to come, you can transfer your ticket to another person, letting us know the name of the participant that will take your place.
