➲About your teachers
Kris is passionate about acro yoga and loves the communication and trust between base, flyer, and spotter, and that joint “wahoo!” feeling when they all work together to land a new trick. He is also a believer in lifelong play and appreciates the silliness and laughter that are an integral part of any fun acro yoga practice. He enjoys the beautiful dance of a good flow but can’t resist the thrill of some high-flying pops and whips!

Fabio is a certified AcroYoga international teacher. Originally from Italy, he has been teaching at retreats, festivals, and workshops in the USA, Europe, and Asia. His practice aims at building community and empowering people through mindful movement. With attention to detail, he believes AcroYoga to be for any-”body”, focusing his classes on safety, fun, and positive mindset. He started building communities in Italy in 2006 and hasn't stopped ever since.
